I am [chranskie]. I see myself as an creative activist, you can call me whatever names you choose. Probably I'm a tiny bit crazy in my head, but I still try to live an ordinary life on the outside.
It's simple: Kitty needs to raise donations (you could also call it ransom) to combat the climate crisis. Each 24 hours, the incoming donations need to double. If she doesnt't meet the target by 19:00 London time, she will be put in a device with blades over her head, live on stream. The sharp blades will be released after a short delay by a mechanism. If Kitty stays underneath the blades, she will be killed while all the world is watching the live stream.
I cannot tolerate anymore how wrong things are going in this world, and how little influence I have, working an ordinary office job. The climate crisis is just an example about how humanity is not able to solve problems together. So this is the way to increase both my resources and my audience, to enable me to leave a (tiny bit) bigger imprint on the world, doing what I love: unconvential projects.
Currently I'm setting things up. At latest when the counter of needed e-mail subscriptions on the main page reaches zero, daily targets and live streaming will start. To keep the knives from killing Kitty while you are watching, we need to raise all the attention and donations we can. Donations are accepted only in Bitcoin and are non refundable, even if Kitty should die.
So do I. However, this is not for fun, just as the global crisis is not a fun thing. I promise I'll do all in my power to get Kitty saved, as I expect you to do what lies in your own power: Share and Donate
It doesn't matter if it's man made or not. The effects are real and this cartoon puts well into perspective that something dramatic is going on.
Counterquestion: What is the root of the climate crisis? I'm not talking about climate change, but the effects that it already has and will have in the future. I'll try to get at the core of things by starting a large scale project that I'll anounce shortly after Kitty is redeemed.
It's not me killing Kitty - I (only) set the stage. I would watch in horror more than anyone else. (And I'd also have to clean up the mess). Kitty will have a way out, so I would not feel solely responsible for having to bury a dead kitten in my backyard. If you are too sensitive, please don't watch the live stream and keep your youngsters from watching it.
If she raises enough donations for me to start my main project, Kitty will be free. I haven't made up my mind on the exact figure yet. I decided not to keep Kitty in any case, to keep myself from getting too emotionally attached (which is hard enough).
The only consistent action would be to get a new kitten and continue with my plans and dreams. However, I'd definitely take some time to recover from the failure. Please don't allow that and spread the word to reach the whole planet.
Yes. But you must be a multi millionaire to be able to afford her.
